Completed in 2006, this 164,000 s.f. historical retrofit of Oakland Technical High School included restoration of wood windows, implementation of extensive ADA improvements, inclusion of new power and data systems, retrofit of mechanical systems and refurbishment of structural flooring, roofing & various facility finishes.
