DLM is an award-winning architectural firm specializing in education and public sector work. We are currently seeking highly motivated project architects with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and intermediate designers with 2-5 years of experience.

Candidates should be able to contribute to all phases of project development from conceptual and schematic design to construction administration. DLM’s team approach to projects allows team members to participate in all phases of project development from design through construction documents providing a unique learning experience. Excellent design, graphic, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, are essential for candidates. K-12 experience is desired for project architects.
