After a brief sojourn to Southern California, Mr. Merriam returned to DLM in 2003, bringing with him a wealth of school design experience. For the past eight years, he has been involved with public school construction. Over that time, he has developed a comprehensive approach that includes programming, design, construction documentation, and project administration phases, as well as incorporating technical knowledge and coordination into all projects.
