The layout also embraces the internalized council chambers to provide easy access for the administrative staff and council members separate from public access.
The council chambers is a state of the art facility that accommodates public access television broadcasts in a warm and comfortable environment. The design of the facility and creative use of color and materials provides a dignified yet inviting community facility. The chambers is designed immediately adjacent to the public entry yet it still provides immediate access to the dais from the private City Manager's office, council offices and administrative facilities.
